It creates an environment that is viewed as impartial, eliminating the "politics" allowing for potentially uncomfortable issues to be raised more readily.  It also keeps the meeting on track and ultimately leads to increased accountability both during and after the meeting.

We can coach and train leaders and teams from other industries or disciplines with an effective "crash course" in travel and hospitality; we will develop a customized plan to facilitate a quick, effective and relevant impact.

  • Digital Marketing 101 and 102

This is a two-session class that first provides a broad overview of the digital space giving participants an understanding of the background that led us to the current state. In the second class, we address specifics that hotels can do to make an impact in today's digital marketplace.  This is an ideal class for those new to digital marketing, especially at the property level, and can be customized to reflect the needs of the specific property or properties.  It is also beneficial for those who may have to deal with the space indirectly and desire a better understanding. 

 

  • Presentation Skills

This class is designed to help improve the performance of those required to give presentations, while it can be utilized at any level, it is geared towards senior-level executives who make external presentations. 

Lack of resources, siloed approach, and internal politics often lead to projects, assignments and initiatives, that either fail, fail to fully achieve the intended goals, or drag on months longer than necessary.
